Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens when you browse Station Truck’s website or send a request through one of its forms. Forms are for general inquiries; they do not create a quote, booking, purchase, or job offer. Attachments are not accepted. Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive identifiers.

Information you provide

When a form is submitted, it collects your name and email address; phone and company or location are optional. It also collects the information you enter in up to four request-detail fields. Those fields are used for truck-body and installation sales, corporate upfit bids, service and repair, truck wash, or careers inquiries. Careers messages express interest in current or future opportunities; résumé uploads are not available.

How your request is handled

Station Truck uses the information to review and respond to the request you selected. Requests are emailed from website@stationtruck.com and a copy is saved in that mailbox’s Sent Items. The selected team inbox also receives the message:

• Truck body, installation, and build quotes: Brian Graham, brian@stationtruck.com.
• Corporate upfit bids, service, and repairs: Tracy Collier, Tracy@stationtruck.com.
• Truck wash and careers: stationtruckga@gmail.com.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. There are no online parts orders or payments on this release.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare provides website hosting, abuse prevention, and the Turnstile verification and rate-limiting used by active forms. Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph send the inquiry email. The service handling delivery records keeps an inquiry reference, type, recipient, status, timestamps, and a one-way digest used to prevent duplicate sends; it does not store the message text or the sender’s form fields. Website security and delivery diagnostic logs are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message contents. Cloudflare and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure their services.

Retention and privacy requests

Station Truck has not set a fixed automatic deletion period for inquiry emails or delivery records. Emails remain in the relevant inboxes and the website mailbox’s Sent Items until those mailbox owners manage them. Delivery records are retained in the restricted delivery system until manually removed; no automatic purge is configured. For a question or request about information you submitted, call 478-654-2612 and ask for Station Truck. The team may need to coordinate a request across the relevant inboxes and delivery records.

Browsing and external links

Cloudflare may process technical connection information, such as IP address and browser/request details, to deliver and protect the site. This site does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Directions open Google Maps, while phone and email links use your device’s applications; those services have their own privacy practices.
